Connecting through sound, breath, movement and meditation; our On-line classes have become a personal refuge, a gratifying place to see and reconnect with each other and ourselves. Even though not physically together, we're sharing our journey through this unusual time and "walking each other home".

Classes bring together teachings from the Kripalu, Hatha, and Kundalini lineages; along with breath-work, meditation, and yoga nidra relaxation.
