Join us in this beautiful, secluded relaxed setting for a guided transformational journey.  Less than four hours from Southern Connecticut, our retreat is an ideal chance to get away and nurture your true self. During our weekend together you will be mindfully led though yoga and meditation practices designed to awaken your inner guide, promote healing, release blocks and enhance a sense of aliveness.  We will commune with nature, connect with each other, and enjoy delicious, healthy, homemade meals.
