Breathe

Breathe!
It feels so good!
Give yourself a deep breath.
Take another,
And another,
And another.
Now relax.
Feel into your heart, your chest, shoulders, belly, back.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice your judgments.
Now let go.
Let go of the thoughts.
Let go of the judgments.
Breathe deeply into the sensations,
And let them go too;
The good ones, along with the not so.
Let everything go.
Allow, Allow, Allow.
Just be...
Breathe.
